Managed Alcohol Program
A Managed Alcohol Program is a program that helps people who drink non beverage alcohol ie. Hand sanitizer, hairspray or mouthwash to get the same effects as beverage alcohol gives you. Its also for people who suffer with chronic alcohol abuse syndrome either maintain usage at a safe level or completely stop relying on alcohol to function.
